Join us as we celebrate Memorial Day '17 in a BIG way! We'll be remembering our nation's Armed Forces this year by hosting our Annual Memorial Day MURPH. We will also be accepting donations to the Jonathan Cote Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is dedicated to veterans returning to the University of Florida and Santa Fe College. We will be doing this workout in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. Here are the details about the workout:For Time:1 Mile Run100 Pull-ups200 Push-ups300 Air Squats1 Mile Run**Rx is performed with a 20lb weight vest. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.We'll be performing the workout in different heats and we encourage athletes of all fitness levels to participate!!After the workout, we will have a short reception including food provided by Eat the 80!
